Thomas Fox Brewer (Cherokee) was the son of John C. Brewer b. 1809 d. after 1880, and Elizabeth Taylor b. 1818, daughter of Richard Fox Taylor; he had the following siblings: Oliver Hazard Perry, George Washington Sr. (buried at Greenleaf
He married before 1864 Adelaide Brady b. 1844 d. 17 Feb 1877, (Buried at Greenleaf) daughter of Samuel Brady and Mary Wilkerson. They had the following children: Mary Ellen b. 02 Sep 1864 d. 20 Apr 1894; William Gano b. 26 Feb 1866 d. 25 Mar 1883; Martha b. 1868 d. 1883; and Adelaide Belle Brewer b. 12 Mar 1870 d 04 Dec 1891.

I see a wine-covered velvet runner draped across it, some jewel-encrusted goblets, a wrought iron candelabra, and a decanter of something delicious... ready for a date with Dracula!
ReplyDeleteI have been researching the Brady line of Adelaide Brady and much of what you have on her is incorrect. If you like please contact me and I will send you a correction. Adelaide is buried in the Three Rivers Cem. in Okay, Ok. I know because I have a picture of her stone. Also Thomas F. Brewer is buried at Braggs, Ok. on his families land.
